breakfast:

ham/cheese omelet (6 eggs, lotsa ham) and some grapes

lunch

baguette with pesto, thin slices o' roast beef (add salt & pepper), rocket, pine nuts, red onion & sun-dried tomatoes ( I make these myself it's delicieux and I'd recommend it to everyone)

dinner

2 schnitzels, potatoes, brocolli & a melon. Added some garlic, cayenne, paprika

& some miscellaneous snacks in between the meals ofc
dunno what I'm gonna eat before bed yet.
