In every map, it's Aliens vs. USMC. USMC's goal is to survive the maximum amount of time... then after the round is over, the teams are switched.
Aliens get the giant Tripods of doom with the laser beam, and they need to pick up USMC with the claw for fuel, or else it will run out and it won't move anymore and the laser won't work. The Tripods have shields that deflect any and everything, and the only way to take a shield out is to hit the generator located beneath the top Cockpit area and the legs, either with multiple shots from the SRAW, M203, and the M95. Spec-Ops troops can lay C4 on the legs, which will bring the Tripods down but the laser and claws will still work. In order for the Aliens to clear out the USMC from buildings, they have to get out and go inside the buildings themselves to clear them out. They also get the recon snake from the movie for intel purposes. Aliens get a plasma form of grenade, but the only standard attack available to them is to jump onto the USMC and start eating them. The buildings WILL NOT be destructable. The Tripods can travel over and under water, too (alternate mode while in the water will be to turn into a submarine, and create a giant whirlpool which sucks up anything over it).
Whichever team survives the longest on USMC/kills the USMC the quicket on the Aliens wins the game. All regular BF2 maps are included, and the Armored Fury maps (after it comes out, of course).
