When I play I am almost all the time squad leader and alone. For does of you pissed off at snipers being leaders I can tell you I do not lock my squad and very often people spawn off me. Since I am away from the action and always closer to the other spawn points I think I am helping my team. This said, I often get invited in squads and I can’t understand why. If invited I always join. For 2 reasons: 1_If someone takes the time to invite It is impolite to refuse, 2_ I am curious as to why I am invited. One I join I usually get no order, to VOIP chatter nothing. Why do you invite me if not to build a strategy? What happens next... I ask for re supply to squad leader, not commander, and never get it. So I leave.
I will always join when invited but I have yet to understand why? Do you have a clue?
Edit:
OK clear question. To does who invite me or other players in your squad, why do you do it? Every time I join I get no strategic play ever, no VOIP communication and even orders. I I were to be a real squad leader and wanted to lead, when I would invite players there would be a purpose. I would give orders, build a strategy to cap and defend flags etc.
