If you include EF, then the HK21 beats all. Hands down.

Excluding EF, I'm gonna vote L96A1. So damn sexy.

The worst sounding gun in the game is the MEC stock AT machine gun. WTF does that thing fire? BBs?

for bf2 mods, the A-10 in USI has the most awesome-sounding gun ever.

I love the sound of the MP7. You can really hear the rate of fire as you spray your target(s) with bullets.

It does sound a bit daft on single shot, though... I'll fall in line with the masses on that, the L96A1 sounds great.

I have played EF maps just to be able to fire shots with this gun and here the sound.

I like the sounds of all the light maching guns.

And the knives. Try getting a knife and swinging it the way they do ingame and see if you can do it fast enough to make any sound. Damn hard.

The BH gun I would say, it sounds like a monster! You hear that there's leaving 500 bullets/sec, but the poor thing's so useless you can easily spray a guy for 10sec without that he dies unless you hit directly in the head...

atleast it wins the "brutal sound":"brutal damage" easy.. say 1000:1 compared to like 400:350 for the L96a

All the weapons on USI mod sound alot better, if these sound mods came out for vanilla bf2 then the M95 would sound like a propper beast. It should sound like a lightning bolt going off infront of your face not like the pathetic thing it sounds like now. For me the L96a1 has to be the best sounding gun, sounds slightly realistic.
