Yeah I guess I agree. At work whenever somebody is annoying with an order and asking to be served first and whatnot like that girl I just give her the freaking food and she shuts up and gets out of my face.

Its not difficult, tasers are not supposed to be used to make it easy for cops to order people around - they're intended as a last resort before firearms are used.

We can play the childish argument game if you would like.

I don't know how many training classes you have sat through on them, but I have been to a ton. The original development as an alternative to lethal weaponry was thrown out after the first year of them going mainstream to most departments. They ARE now considered a statistically safer alternative, for both the suspect and the officer than physical violence. This includes, but is not limited to guns, punching, clubs, asps, tackles, etc.

Physical force is authorized to force compliance. Tazers are a safer alternative to physical force.

They are not meant to REPLACE guns. They are meant to give another option. If you start shooting at an officer, do you really think he is going to grab a tazer to shoot back at you?

And I see you STILL haven't come up with an alternate suggestion. If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.
