I noticed today that when I opened EA Downloader (to check for 1.3) at the top right there is a "Edit Battlefield 2 Nickname" link. Is this to enable you to change your in game nic? It was my understanding that whatever username/nic you used when creating your on-line profile, you were stuck with. Because if this doeas enable you to change it I'll be so F ing happy, because I can't wait to change mine from the lame chrishoke66.

Im pretty sure thats just to lock your EF game to that name...

Just for EF game. You can only have one nick loaded at a time for EF. If you want to play a seperate account you click that link.
its for when more than one user uses the computer you have to change the name for each person (cant change it more than 3 times in one week)|-LoNgHiLL-| wrote:

its only to change your gamespy id so you can play EF on different accounts.
