I also got the Combat Infantry Medal and Marksman Infantry Medal by simply joing a game.

I don't know how you feel, but I wouldn't like to get Expert Knife just by joining a game. =/ I would feel cheated out of it, they just as well could have removed it.

I worked hard for mine and it was really satisfying to get it.
