It usually works if you can work-in an anecdote in which the CEO plays a role or offered advise that you used. You know, to make the relationship seem legit and stuff.

I met with the advisor from the University of Nottingham yesterday. I want to go just so I can be surrounded by women with that accent.
If you have a legit meaningful relationship with the CEO you won't be doing an interview with some lowly HR person.
I dunno man, my dad knew the CEO of his medium-sized company quite well (they went golfing a few times each summer), and he still had to jump through all the hoops. Obviously he knew he was getting the job, but for the sake of appearances it had to look like a fair process.Macbeth wrote:

umm well i live in the heart of downtown toronto, but in a big place. rent here in shared places is like 500-700 a month. id expect living in markham to be less expensive since its nowhere close to downtown... but it would also be a 1 bedroom place. check on craigslist?bugz wrote:
