I think Dice cancelled those ones with all the rental ones. Couldn't find any of them today and the ones marked in my favorite servers were gone. Guess you have to rent a server to get what you want.

350 tickets for attackers is the EXACT reason I can't explain how US fails to win (console) Wake Island map every time. 50 tickets to cap two flags while at least 8 of 12 people spawning at airfield at the start and running for the mobile AA, jets, or heli. 4 US players can cap the north and south bases, stop the US ticket bleed, and start the RU drain.

Regarding the rental servers, clever business model for Dice to simultaneously earn money and reduce overhead on the game's intrinsic requirement for Sony/EA to provide game servers. "Let's rent servers to Jihad Joe's Clan and Pat's Platoon; then slowly shut down DICE official servers to reduce costs. We'll give the lemmings a chance to make a 1000 ticket knife/pistol 23/7 Metro server, and they won't even notice that they are paying a 'subscription' fee for online gaming."

Using default weapons now. Foregrip isn't worth it with the reduced long range accuracy. When I'm up close the horizontal drift isn't enough for me to equip it so I just don't even bother with it.

No point using heavy barrel. Flash suppressor does the same thing but doesn't affect bullet drop and you can't be seen on the mini map.

From my understanding, the Flash Suppressor reduces recoil by 17-25%, while the heavy barrel reduces spread (while aiming down sights) by 50-75%. Personally I find the Heavy Barrel better, although showing up on the minimap is somewhat annoying.

Flash suppressor still shows up on minimap... Since your gun still makes noise...

The flash suppressor doesn't show up on the mini-map when you fire. That is the whole point of the flash suppressor other than the obvious removal of visible flash when firing. It's a suppressor minus the noise reduction. That's what I thought it was at least.

Pretty sure it says in the tips on the loading screen or somewhere that it just makes it so your enemies cannot see where you are firing from, but you still appear on the mini map. Suppressor is the only thing that removes the mini map signature.

If the sound system weren't so good than I would agree with it. I barely look at the mini-map anyway since I can tell from which direction shots are being fired. In Call of Duty 4 I knew exactly where somebody was when they fired without looking at the map. It's amazing how the human ear can pinpoint where a sound is coming from like that.

So with the amazing sound in this game, and assuming the person is using an audio system that helps determine which direction it's coming from, I think mini-map spotting is retarded and Call of Duty-esque.
