yeah, you should shut the fuck up.-Sh1fty- wrote:
Are you kidding me?! You aren't looking at this from either of the two's perspectives. You're only here to whine about gun laws and crap.
Who was stalking who, who was in their own neighborhood, who had a gun. I hope this isn't a serious statement.Macbeth wrote:

I heard this from a friend, it might not be true since I can't find it anywhere.krazed wrote:

I don't know this is any more true than everybody saying Zimmerman wanted to kill Martin and started the confrontation. None of us know, but I'm pissed that nobody is giving him the benefit of the doubt. Innocent until proven guilty. Everything I've said was hypothetical or assumed based on what we've been told. I'm not saying anything is concrete evidence but I'm sick of the anti-gun idiots here.Jaekus wrote:

he "stalked" trayvon to see what he was up to, then lost him, then trayvon attacked him. HE WASN'T OUT TO SHOOT THE GUY FFS

Don't give me that crap. You clearly believe Zimmerman's story.
The video you can see with your own eyes does not show any injuries on his head nor a broken nose. Two independent voice experts have stated it isn't Zimmerman calling for help, both of which are contrary to Zimmerman's story.
Sorry, I'm just not that gullible. I'm still keeping enough of an open mind to accept his innocence should further evidence emerge, but as it currently stands the more this goes on the more I think he's guilty of at least manslaughter.

zimmerfuck initiated the situation. because of his actions that kid is dead. and shut the fuck up about guns. every morning i shit out more knowledge of firearms, firearms safety and responsibility than you will ever know in your fucking life. this isn't about guns, this is about assholes like zimmercunt and yourself who think carrying a gun imbues authority.-Sh1fty- wrote:

There's not a snowball's chance in hell you could tell if he was injured or not from that crappy video. A broken nose requires an up-close look. not video feed from 15m away that isn't even good quality. His wounds were taken care of en-route so naturally he isn't pissing blood everywhere.Jaekus wrote:

If the jury finds him guilty, I will be convinced he is guilty. I'm believing his story as it stands until he is proven guilty.

What will you think if he is found guilty but appeals, and wins the next trial?
The heck is an appeal?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article … oting.htmlA neighbour said there had been several break-ins in the community in the past year, including one in which burglars took a TV and laptops.
A dispatcher told Zimmerman to stay in his sport utility vehicle and that an officer would be there momentarily, but Zimmerman - for unknown reasons - got out.
Zimmerman told police he lost sight of the teenager and was walking back to his sport utility vehicle when he was suddenly attacked.
But Trayvon's girlfriend Deedee, 16, who was on the phone with Trayvon in his last moments alive, emerged Wednesday to add more contradiction to Zimmerman's story.
She told ABC News in a brief interview that Trayvon said he saw a strange man following him as he walked back to his father's home.
'... and then Trayvon come and said the man was still behind him and I said to him, "Run!"' the teen said.
He and Martin fought, according to witnesses.
Zimmerman said Martin punched him in the nose and slammed his head against the ground.
Zimmerman’s father Robert Zimmerman echoed those remarks on Wednesday night, telling WOFL-TV his son was being beaten by Trayvon, and the teen threatened him during the scuffle.
He told the network: 'Trayvon Martin said something to the effect of "you're going to die now or you're going to die tonight," something to that effect'.
He added: ‘[Martin] continued to beat George and at some point, George pulled his pistol and did what he did’.
Zimmerman told cops he acted in self-defense, and that he had yelled for help before firing the gun.
Police said Zimmerman was bleeding from his nose and the back of his head.
But the surveillance video shows no injuries consistent with that type of trauma.
Additionally, Richard Kurtz, the funeral director who handled Trayvon's body, told CNN he saw no bruising on the teen's knuckles.
'I didn't see any evdience that he had been fighting anybody,' Kurtz said.

Does Trayvon have a history of attacking people out of the blue?
He was out to shoot someone though.HE WASN'T OUT TO SHOOT THE GUY FFS
Does Zimmerman have a history of cruising around with a gun and playing cop? Yup.
Fuck Israel

You should really, really stick to discussions about gun ejection ports.
And posting photos of yourself carrying a plastic gun on the beach.
intelligence =/= ignorance and the latter is nicer to say.
How is an armed man cruising the neighborhood for "suspicious" people to confront not a threat and a menace?-Sh1fty- wrote:
He was only a threat if Martin was. That is of course, assuming that Zimmerman didn't have bad intent.
I don't know, it takes intelligence to not open your mouth and demonstrate your ignorance.
Fuck Israel
According to Dilbert's remarkable intelligence, an ignorant person should remain so secretly, instead of try to learn.
Hey guys you know what, forget about what I asked, I don't need to know what an appeal is.
Seriouly though, I'll google it. I generally prefer the definitions I get here though when I ask a question.

We just expected a basic legal concept to be known to you.
Generally, guides written by people in the legal business or even wikipedia articles would be better for educating yourself than third-hand tidbits you'd get from a gaming forum. You could learn more quickly as well.-Sh1fty- wrote:
