What is your favorite kind of sushi? Mine are the dragon rolls. Dragon rolls are a combo of Eel
avocado, cucumber, rice, nori, and eel sauce.

It comes out looking something like this.

I had a roll once called the crispy crunch roll or some shit like that. Forgot the core ingredients but it had a slice of bacon around the center instead of your normal seaweed then tempura flakes and bacon bits were sprinkled on top. Best sushi I've ever had.

Dragon rolls, volcano rolls, and my favorite place makes a red dragon, which has tuna instead of eel...it's also a lot hotter, spice-wise

With cost as no issue I could eat sushi until falling into some sort of mercuric coma.

but i like creating my own roll with raw toro, baked scallops, rice, lobster, maybe a few others

Anyone ever seen 'Jiro dreams of Sushi'? I just saw it last weekend. Jiro is a 3 michelin star recipient who owns/operates what multiple critics deem the best sushi restaurant in the world. I think it's in a Tokyo Subway. An omakase runs like $450 or something ridiculous, but you are getting the best ~15 pieces of fish you'll probably ever have. I want to eat there before I die.

I want to go to Japan one day to obtain a rare (in the U.S.) right hand drive Honda or AE86 Trueno... Looks like hitting that place up is on my list of things to do as well. All that looked absolutely orgasmic.
