You shouldn't need to - you only hear the once, then they never show up again.

Though if you REALLY, REALLY want to - find the place where the files are kept. Rename all of the files so they are different types of files (e.g. .bik to .bak)

Here's the important bit - create a new, empty file. Rename it EXACTLY as the old file was (file type and all). Rinse and repeat.

These take a long time, so I recommend not doing it. I think this topic has been covered over many times already - search.

The OP did say after a fresh reinstall, so I think he just doesn't want to hear them again after that.  I know they play through once, but there are a lot of different v/o tutorials that do get annoying if you already know all of the info.

I wish I new a way to disable them, because I'd be able to help.  Sorry man.

There's an easy way I found. Go to: My Documents > Battlefield 2 > Profiles or wherever your profiles are located. There'll be a folder called 0001 (for the first profile), or 0002 etc. if you have more than one profile. In it is a file called General.con, and right at the top of that file if you open it in notepad or something will be a lot of phrases like
GeneralSettings.setPlayedVOHelp "HUD_HELP_GAMEPLAY_captureFlag"
Copy them all, then paste them back into the file after a fresh reinstall. Voila! The game thinks it's already played them all through. By deleting them from General.con you can also make them play again, although why you would want to do this I don't know...

Uninstall the game and stop playing. That's a simple and effective solution.
