yah....with the new patch the AA badge is now basically worthless. I got into a server last night, it was down to under 100 tickets for both sides. I jumped into an AA vehicle and got my Expert AA before the round ended plus I was 5 kills over what I needed. There are a couple SF maps where getting 20-30 kills in an AA vehicle is no big deal. Definitely not deserving of the Expert Badge. Well not that I would give mine back now.
