Okay. I just d/led 1.3.
First off, the ver number said 1.2xxx still.
Secondly, after playing a round the server information disappeared.
Thirdly, you can't join a squad in the 15 sec countdown when everyone normally was.
Fourthly, our UAV/ART/SCAN disappeared. (Transparent, still a solid object that would obstruct movement)

Yes, I voted no. I'll post screenshots when I can find a decent imagehost.

this one time we were patrolling and my platoon sgt got a warm and fuzzy about some minivan at the corner of his eye so we swooped by, stopped it and search it.  two dudes in the vehicle nothing suspicious till we open the back and find a box of 50 garage door openers and a half dozen cell phones.  IED making material and we brought that fucker back into the FOB with us.  Hopefully he spent a few months in abu ghraib

Too bad you couldn't  have "teased" him for information and called in airstrikes on his friends.
