Ever since I downloaded the new patch I've gotten massive lag while updating the server list, it's going at least 10 times slower than before; then all of the pings are listed from about 200 to 2500 but when I hit tab in the game that I enter it gives me my normal, low ping.  The worst part is when i'm in game and it feels like a constant lag spike.  I have a fast cable modem and I haven't had a single lag issue or any issue related to any of that until I downloaded the patch.  I heard that the full patch was less buggy than the incremental so I even tried downloaded that and it didn't help.
