At most uni's they'll give scholarships and what nots for having really good marks or having financial needs. also there are co-op programs where you work part time, get uni credits and companies pay for your tuition.

Admission time. Whenever I write media summaries involving Tony Abbott I include details to make him sound as dumb as possible. Fortunately this isn't hard.

Example, today he was criticising the Gillard Government's budget management but could not answer questions on when a Coalition-led Government could deliver a surplus. Instead he just claimed that "budget surpluses are in our DNA".
