I've done a bit of combing through, and I think this is what most people prefer in their weapons per class.

*The SCAR-L is better for long ranged shots, with it's zoom and red dot scope, but the accuracy is also decreased from higher deviation and recoil. The damage dealt with a SCAR-L is minimally higher than the G36C which is more accurate overall despite the lack of a scope. I've used both often and I find that I don't perform better with either, so it's just a preference of how you want to fight. Overall I see more love for the G36C so that's first.
**Same with the Special Forces weapons, the PKM and MG36 differ but one doesn't seem to outrank the other. The MG36 is factually less accurate, although overall people feel that it is more accurate. The PKM, while slower, deals out more damage and has the potential of damaging a number of vehicles so I ranked that higher. Like the SpecOps weapons, I've used both often and it's a fighting style preference.
***Here it's mostly a preference matter, as the MP7 and the pump shotties are uncomparable. The MP7 is more suited for those who like to engage at longer ranges and aren't too accurate in CQC. The pump shotties are better for quickly finishing up and personal encounters, but aren't for people who can't get their sights on an enemy in urgency.
