I did search but could find no official changelog for any of the weapons. Did they get changed in the recent patch?
Several seem way more powerful to me and i just want to confirm they have been changed!

G3 is the main one.. i know its always been good but well, it just feels meatier / more accurate.

The firing rate of the p90 has gone up since the new patch. Its more like the mp7 now.

They upped the firing rate on the P-90 in the previous patch, but they only got around to fixing the *sound* of the P-90 in 1.3.  So now it sounds like 900rpm, as well as firing at it.

I hope you'd say G3. I've always felt it was somewhat inaccurate at long range. But it's very effective in CQC.

I'll try it out later today, and I hope you're right.

I noticed that the time to start firing the PKM after you go prone has been increased again. Now if you go prone, the time it takes before you can start firing is just enough time for a medic with a G36E to take you out

So, for all you PKM'ers out there, start planning ahead a bit more now!

P90's RPM has gone up incredibly - it now feels a bit like a LMG with hardly any bullets. Good for support guys, though. And anti-tank.

Are you sure?  I haven't tried the PKM yet but the last patch was supposed to add a delay when going prone and it it still fired continueously from standing to prone on my PC.

Havent used the PKM for a while, but last night we were getting owned on Karkand so i switched to support, and thought wtf? I actually started to think my mouse (mx510) was faulty cos of the delay after going prone....so i guess theres something in what you are saying.

Yea its not just the sound they improved, the rpm has gone up a lot.

RPM of the P90 has been increased from 600 to 900 with 1.2x - they just forgot to change the soundfile with 1.2x.

Pretty sure, I've been playing support almost continously since they turned it into a rapid fire sniper rifle, and last night and tonight everytime I played it was *really* noticable.

I've even switched back to Spec-op again until I get used to planning ahead a bit more rather than charge in killing everything in front of me.
