He can be the big spoon
Do 2-3 bedroom houses* exist in Aussieland for <$280k AUD? If they do, I'm moving tomorrow. Real estate is friggin expensive around here.
That aren't crack houses built in the 50s

Like to buy? Sure I guess. Some 4 bedroom houses in the area for under 280 too
Yeah, looking to buy while interest rates are low.
Come on over, you can live near me!
Depends where you buy. You can get brand new 3-4 bedroom houses for < $280,000 but they are usually in those new development areas where all the houses look like they've been Ctrl V + Ctrl C
$280,000 here will get you a 2 bedroom bungalow built in the 60s

Riveting tale chap. Average house price in my suburb is about $600,000 the cheap ones are out of town in the new development that no-one cares aboutCybargs wrote:

Come to the country. We don't have any of the amenities you city slickers are accustomed to, but they still want 300,000+ for some fucking reason.
Guys, we have a Woolworths! And a train station that buses stop at! 300k pl0x.

My state was founded by Batman. Your opinion is invalid.
lol adelaide
The three bedroom duplex we live in would go for well over $700,000, but it is the upper middle class area that is Sydney's inner north shore.

Its alright, he wants to move where I am, doncha bugz mate.
where do you live adams_blowjob?
Holy crap! Do they come with 40 year mortgages? A new development went up around me in the last year and the houses run around 400-500k. 90% of the occupants are young families with multiple kids. Five of the houses are back up for sale this year. I dunno how they expected to keep up with a $2k/month mortgage payment.tazz. wrote:
