Need help with EA Downloader!

Dont know if this is the place to put it. but i really need some help

ok heres the problem:

I install ea downloader, and when i double click on the icon, the window shows up, but is blank. Also, there is a little error window that says at the top "CORE" but no text besides that. It is really frustrating with AF coming out soon...I'd like some help

k. physically UNPLUG your internet from the wall. start the downloader, until it goes to the login screen. plug the internet back it, then connect, works every time

Do you have any firewalls,anti-popups or anything that may conflict with an internet application starting up?

Uninstall IE7, thats your problem.

thats weird, i didnt think IE7 would have anything to do with my other apps. and no, unplugging the internet had no effect. I double click on the icon, i hear the error noise, and that little error window that says core pops up. i click ok, (even though there is no text on it) and the log in window appears, but its black, no where to type.

I simply cant download it because its too slow over the EA server for me, Something like 1.2kb/s.... So if anyone could add me on XFire then send it to me then I will give you karma? Reply here.

What, AF? I dont believe you can send that.

Anways, thanks guys, now that I installed Mozilla instead of IE7, it works. Strangly. I never would have expected that to be the problem. thanks again. plus 1 to all those who helped.

My EAD works with IE7 beta and I know I suppose to have problem; however, my EAD never connects
