The name green? Like if he is in your squad?
dat would be cool .. keep track of all those good friends on the battlefield
like if you meet someone cool in game you can make there name green then if you go some where in to a server where one of your buddys name is there and his name will be green. or you could use it to see your clan members better in game.

what do you guys think if before you go in to server in the game there is a spot to see if and of you buddy's are on. or a list of your buddy's. kinda like the leader board thing on the site there would be a green dot you could click on it and see what server is on then you could go play with him/her
No chance EA will get it working. Not to mention all the new bugs, but the idea is good.

Simple reason. Squad names are allready green. Maybe just printet bold or italic. I'm waiting for a system like this since BF2 came out.

i just gave green as an example they could use and color or do anything with it.
Make a buddy list to see where your mates are playing and have an option to turn their name orange if you want.

yes, great feature but ea will make game crash. kinda like steam's friends system
If they fix the browser - I don't mind, I use xfire.
I don't like people so I wouldn't use it, but it is a good idea.

The should do something like in Medal of Honor where you have a buddy list type thing and you can just click on your buddy to join the game he is in.

Yea that would be cool, like in BF:V or 1942 but you kinda have that with the squad function and all... only you are limited to 6 people. I think a buddy list would be cooler. Something that would tell you when your friends are on and what server they are in.
Arent they called squads???
