- STEM background
- 'murica
that's the bf2s staple. what would make a nice change is a fucking student in ceramic pottery from seattle with an ardent desire to see the green party into power. that would be a change. not another fucking lowing.

yep, it's bad. really bad. terrible. the coalition in power now seem determined to commit political seppuku, anyway. if it even goes through, it'll all be reversed or easily bypassed in several years' time, come the next election. besides, several smaller UK ISP's have already said outright that they do not intend to abide by this regulation.
It sounds like the program is literally impossible to implement, or would be so ineffective as to be completely irrelevant.
