You guys are all lucky, I can't even play on any server. I get below 15 fps on all low settings. I am hopeful that DICE and EA will get a hotfix ready soon. (My pings have also skyrockted lately, Usually around 30, now around 200, and some servers have about 6000)

Uninstall everything and then patch to 1.3 (full patch) then reinstall SF, EF and AF if you have it
