Tried to login this morning, suddenly it says "Server Refused Connection" wtf?
just blame the axis of evil, works for everything else...
you are not alone, I have 4 computers on my network, and I have 4 different copys of BF2 and last night all of them had the same message. The only way around that message is to keep trying to log in. On the 2nd or 3rd time it should work if not restart the game completly
BF2 login and stats servers are on the fritz at the moment I think. Only thing is to try again, or come back later. Hopefully once 1.03 arrives, and the new stats servers for queries, the load on the EA/Gamespy infrastructure will be better balanced and these problems will be things of the past. However, having played many MMOGs in my time, I don't plan on holding my breath about that.
yeah I got that I just kept trying to log on and it worked but suspiciously the moment I shutdown XFire it had no problem loging on so I blame xfire I don't even know why I installed such a stupid program in the first place
i have this problem big time ever since i installed patch 1.12, but 1.03 it worked fine. is any one else having this problem with the new patch, or am i alone w/ this one
Do you really need to buy the bf2 sf if you want to play bf2 ever again? I can't login, and i have tried manny times...
