RDMC: Enemy Wheelbarrow Spotted..!!; +736|7046|Area 51

Ok, so yesterday morning I got my Veteran Air Defense Badge and Expert Air Defense Badge and my Veteran Helicopter badge.. so I stopped playing for a while and checked whether my stats updated but they didnt..I was like WTF.. then I started playing again and those points did immediatly got updated so now I don't have my badged anymore, though I saw it ingame, I've still got the screenies, and it can't be a update flaw right? cuz how can my points that I received later on the day, have been updated allmost instantly.

Look let's look at this rationally for a sec(I know this is hard for the avg bf2 player to do). 1.) Because the new adjustment of reqs for certian badges and ribbons this has caused a flood of people recieveing multiple awards in a short period of time. 2.) The new patch which was released a day ago so there has been a higher volume of traffic. What does this all add up too? Well we all know that it's takes more time on the weekends for stats and awards to update on the weekends because of higher volume. So looking at the points above we can see that it is going take a little bit for all that info to get sorted and pushed through to update. I have also noted that while points update alot faster than awards. Also I received my vet aviator and it took almost a day to update. I can't even begin to imagine how many of these post come through the forums each day, but i am fairly certian that your awards will appear. If for some reason they never show up then I guess your just gonna have to suck it up and play more bf2(I could think of alot worse things to have to do).

So lets continue to blame EA/DICE for every little thing that goes wrong with bf2. Those fucking commie assholes.

Yea some of the issues people bitch and moan about couldn't possibly be spyware/virus/hardware/user error. Not say that this particular one has anything to do with those at all. But I do think it is just slow to update because of the increased load the past few days.

That or some fuck mec special forces asshole snuck in and blew up your shiny new awards.

Look you'll get your badges in due time, even if you finished the round or not! It's happened to me so many times but you always get it, if you were playing and it popped up in game you'll have it 100% don't matter if points are updated first, yesterday i got expert explosives but it never showed till this morning and i left before the round had finished!!! it don't matter you got it buddy!!!!

agreed m8 i jumped onto a server yesterday and got a medal and left within 2 mins .it just takes a while sometimes to come through .

Jeeze, judging by the title I thought it would be a serious issue. BF2 dosn't even work for me anymore. It happened with 1.03 too... something about the three I guess. Anyway, it won't let me even in the game, so I guess I'll be waiting for EA's patch-patch, (like they did last time,) befre I can play again.

Then again maybe it was just a fucked up day at the iCafe.

Awwww poor muffin. Badges mean nothing. BF2 obviously makes up a big part of you life if you care about stats that much. It's a game, keep it as such.
