Haircut.

She rubbed lotion on the back of my neck, which was a very welcome surprise, then used a straight razor, another welcome surprise. I dunno about other gentlemen (or ladies?) of the forums but that's a rarity unless you go to expensive barbers (mine w/ tip = $35). Just when I thought it couldn't get better, (so much so that I actually stood up and she said, "where are going?" And I said, "Oh it's not over?") she took me to the little head-sink thing and massaged my head with shampoo then conditioner.
This may all be the norm with y'alls haircuts but not with mine!

I pay $12 and I get the straight razor neck shave. You just have to go to a real barber instead of bullshit Supercuts.

Found the leak in my cars coolant system. Was concerned it was a blown head gasket cause it wasn't leaking on the ground over night. Turns out I just needed to borrow my friends pressurizer cause its a fairly small hole.

I'm celebrating by having a bagel with peanut butter for dinner and drinking wine while watching Toy Soldiers

Got two raises, one in both jobs. Got a new desktop so I can play bf4. Am getting very good at being happy in spite of any situation.

Am close to the goal of quitting my part time job at walmart so I can work full time from home. Making more money than I ever have in my life.

Got called into my bosses office today out of nowhere to talk about a shift change. I was worried that I was being pushed to an off-shift by a more senior person (because on day shift, we're the A-team), but turns out it was due to asking if I would be fine going to 3rd for a couple weeks so the guy on that shift can meet with some people who are only there during normal hours.

AND I found out that an investigation I wrote got noticed by our senior manager who was impressed with my technical writing skills.
