When did they Lower the Requierment for Sergeant Major of the Marine ?

Notice Blazin has been promoted to E-10 Before O-1. When did this happen?????
E-10 was 250,000 points, and O-1 was 200,000....... Does this mean there are the rest of the Officer ranks???

He's been 1st for a month now think thats what makes him seargent major of the corps....

there was some other criteria for that rank .. "best performing" sergeant major .. or some such .. perhaps thats how its been awarded.

"*** Only 1 person can hold this rank at a time. The rank is given to the best performing Sergeant Major at the end of each month." They took the points off and decided to go by that I guess.

Cool, but when he reaches 200000, will he be 2nd Lieutenant or still Sergeant Major of the Corps?
And if he gets 2nd Lieutenant, will the leaderboard's second guy get the SMOTC title next month if he doesn't get to 2nd Lieutenant?
Or maybe they changed the requirements for 2nd Lieutenant, too..
