I wish they would've announced the PC version before I bought another 360 just to play this game. Either way it should look fucking amazing on the PC given how good it already looks on the ancient 360 hardware.
The Steam page is up now but there isn't a pre-order option yet. I'm also seeing multiple articles saying that you'll be able to transfer your GTA Online progress from the 360 and PS3 to the XBO, PS4 and PC versions.

I'd much rather play it on PC(w/ XBox One controller) at its full graphical potential. It already looked amazing on the 360 too all things considered.
It looked good until you started playing Project Cars and Star Citizen maxed in 1440p
Then GTA V should look great maxed at 1440p too
