Now I can load them into Solidworks - so excited.

Well, the grips are effectively moulded from my hand and then modified with a lot of trial and error - a perfect moulding of the hand makes for a poor grip.

Next step is to make a fully parametric hand model starting from the bones and adding the flesh and then modelling grips from that.

Then I need a 3 axis router to produce them commercially, 5 axis would be nice.
