Anyone know why a new cruiser motorcycle is more expensive than a new sport bike? Why is there thousands of dollars worth of difference even without chrome? Is it because old people would just buy them anyway?

I recently got a new job and just bought a load of new books. My now (slightly) larger disposable income just got spent. Among others I got a book about the history of English swearing by Melisa Mohr and a collection of stories by Neil Gaiman.
There's a musical instrument called Hurdy Gurdy - it looks ridiculous, the price is just as wild, but it sounds beautifuly. My intention now is to save up to purchase HG. I'll probably post it once I get it.
