First mistake was eating out with a debit card. Secondly, debit cards are serviced by credit card companies like MasterCard. Just complain to them and they will almost certainly make a charge back.

and the whole point of buying drugs direct off the dark web, from labs, is that it doesn't go through the 13-person chain where everyone cuts in their own shit and takes their own slice of the profit. you can get 70-80% cocaine off the dark web very easily; purity at the street is like 15%. it was also back then iincredibly hard to find good quality psychedelics like LSD due to lots of bad research chemicals coming onto the street market (nbom-e, gross). these dark web marketplaces are like eBay or amazon sellers with feedback and reputations. it is a much much better – and safer – system than your local dealer.

not to mention the fact that the community on the dark web is more like old hippies, chemists, psychonauts and that general alternative community. have fun going to the street where drug dealing is peddled by gangs and criminal syndicates who also are violent, partake in human trafficking, turf wars, etc. yeah, enjoy copping your shitty stepped on drugs from a nervous 19 year old kid with a gun.
