Is ammo so expensive and regulated there that it is better off to recycle your cases than buy new ones legally?
Generally speaking in any jurisdiction about half the cost of the ammo is the cases so its worthwhile to recycle, plus you have far more options to fine tune the bullet, velocity etc to suit your gun and exactly what you're doing with it. I have no use for full-power less than accurate ammunition.

Buy a cheap older sports car and slowly modify and restore it instead of playing with toys.
I never made a model car. Made loads of planes, a few ships, and a couple tanks. I wish I was back into it and better at it because I still have a Blackhawk I never built.

The uniforms just look so nice. So do the guns and other stuff. I know the connection between Nazi style choices and revived German pride after WW1 so no lecture needed.
