From my limited observation people with 'gender issues' are more focused on the extra attention they'll get during/after their transition than just quietly getting on with their lives.

Actually we do, children aren't allowed to make numerous decisions, when they can smoke, drink, drive a car, and up to a certain point their parents take all medical decisions on their behalf.

I'm not worried about trannies taking over, I just think it's terrible that the activists are spending so much time and effort trying to stifle any dissent or questioning when there are very clear side effects to what they are pushing. The only way in which I care one way or another about them on a personal level is that I don't want to foot the bill for their lifestyle choice.
