What is it that we are protesting? SPECIFICALLY? Despite your hatred I assume you still play... at least recently.
The game runs fine for me on my home pc, despite the red tag bug of course. What other choice do you have...? Counter Strike? I have my issues but for now I play.

Dice are the developers, so they are to blame for the crap programming/Bugs. EA are they publishers and they are to blame for selling us poor games.
