These sorts of viruses don't do well in hot weather so we will see if the spread is dramatic in India. Latin America and Africa seem to be mostly fine. The Middle East with the exception of Iran is doing okay too. This could all be the result of a lack of Chinese people visiting poor places but then again there are Chinese workers all over Africa.

u can use rosemary oil as well. it has some compound that acts as an antimicrobial, thyme is similar. do not ingest them. use aromatherapy like a diffuser or u can make a compress with a warm towel and put it over your head/face, some can be added to a bath too. always dilute this shit though. geranium oil is good too but i don't like the scent. frankincense is one of the best for soothing/treating respiratory issues if u already caught something.Dilbert_X wrote:

i never really believed in hippie shit but i dated and lived with a girl for about a year that was really into yoga, crystals and essential oils etc so i picked up on some stuff. a lot of it is bullshit (i never had the heart to tell her that crystals don't do anything) but some of it is legit like the oils and yoga stuff.
