The acting was really good by everybody, Denzel Washington's son and Robert Pattinson felt like a good fit for their respective roles, I thought the tall girl was kinda hot, and the general story was really good.  But the character writing was a bunch of ridiculous egotistical craziness even for the good characters, the audio production was bad and you couldn't hear or understand people sometimes, and much like Inception, the entire 2nd half of the movie was impossible to follow because it got so caught up in its own shit while moving way too quickly at the same time.  I'll probably have to watch it again someday when I'm not running on 5 hours of sleep and hope that I can keep up better that time.

And separate from the movie, having to wear masks in the movie theater when you're not eating/drinking definitely blows, especially when retards are still sitting in what is obviously the wrong seat because it's right fucking next to you and the tickets are specifically issued to give at least a certain amount of distance between unrelated groups of people in the auditorium.  My dad has already had COVID before and is thus immune for now, so we just switched seats so me and my sister could stay properly distanced.  Not the biggest deal anyway because Maryland is only at a 2% positivity rate right now, but still.

I guess it's making a lot worldwide? Most reviews I've skimmed suggested everything from average to bomb.

Also I wouldn't be too confident in any duration of "covid immunity" considering the people who've gotten out of the hospital only to go back in later. If I wanted the plague theater theme I'd go to a Shakespeare performance at a rennfaire. Not that I don't miss the theater at all, just doesn't seem worth it atm.

Anyone ever see Ridley Scott's first movie The Duelist? It's set in Napoleonic France.

I love this movie so much. Not just because of the period accurate duels but the custom design is just so good. Apparently they used what was leftover from Kubrick's canceled Napoleon movie.

Eventually 'Aspbergers' will be recognised as the next phase.

I never played the Uncharted Games so I don't really have a stake in this but they hired Tom Holland, Spiderman, to play Nathan Drake in one of the worst casting choices I have ever seen.

I don't know anything about uncharted either, does the movie take place when he's younger?

A halo tv show was/is gonna change captain keyes from white to black. That caused a reaction.

This movie actually has a story to it unlike the random series of setups the first movie was.

It was pretty clear he wasn't touching himself in the bedroom with the girl. But it was also clear that he fell for the actress leading him on and didn't have good intentions going to the bedroom. Few husbands and wives would be okay with their spouse getting into the same situation. It's a shame that Borat jumped the gun regarding his arrival onto the scene. It would have been interesting seeing it go longer though I could accept that there was a lot of deceptive editing. A lot of the movie had a lot of staging and set ups already. 

It was her hotel room where they were doing an interview for foreign television. I don't recall her telling him she is 15 and the actress is in her 20's in real life. He was still acting like a creep though and it was obvious he was falling for her flirting. The most damning thing about the whole setup is that his body guards / press people / assistants were in another hotel room and had no idea what was going on until Rudy sought them out.

The Mike Pence rule of never being alone with a woman who is not your wife isn't totally bad advice and would have prevented Rudy's problem if he stuck to it.

a 30-year-old dating a 26-year-old or saying a 23-year-old is attractive is 'creepy'. says the guy nearing 50 who continually posts content about pop stars and film actresses half his age.

you're telling me this, dilbert? when's the last time you went on a date or interacted with a woman who wasn't animated or on a big screen? your mother and sister do not count.

when's the last time a woman got on a plane to travel to see you? isn't it normally the other way around, where you pay them to spend time with you?

it really makes so much sense when you produce these 'why not have a drink, why not go outside' arguments.
