I'm going to a Halloween party on Saturday and I just found out my ex (2 ex's ago) will be there. She was a model that was pretty hot but was also quite a bit older than me. It didn't end very well and we haven't really spoke since. I'm bringing a girl almost half her age.

I am probably going to spend the week after next at her condo. This girl is apparently wealthy. She lives in a small seaside town where the median home price is $800,000. Her one bedroom condo was valued at $550,000 since she can see the shore from her back porch. She works in international finance and does real estate investing on the side. She is the only child and her father is apparently still in big business.

So that's all nice. I am downright poor compared to this girl.

Giant red flag though

She really wants kids. Like she sends me sexy text like "I want to make you a father." She talks about us moving together to a small town and starting a family. I have known her less than a week and she is begging me to knock her up.

Like I am afraid she is going to try to convince me raw dog her when I visit. Steal my life essence.

I definitely don't believe she is joking. Her mom recently passed away, she is the only child, and she was in fact adopted as a baby. I think she is very serious about the whole "starting a family" thing. We have talked about it a bit. She thinks I would be a great dad since I work with kids yadda yadda.

I was texting last night with her and the Chinese girl at the same time. The Chinese girl is talking about her day. While the white girl is talking about her life plans and how we can move to a small town together and start a family together.

Seeing the messages come in at the same time and I am looking at it like I am going to have to crush one of these girls. Because I can't juggle two of them. And I thought "I should just kill myself. Just hang myself in the bathroom. I won't have to deal with any of this anymore." Obviously it was a fleeting thought 💭 and I am not serious. No one ever killed themselves because they have too many girls after them. But the whole thing is a lot to manage. I came home from work just to text them all day. I couldn't play video games, I couldn't watch disaster porn, I couldn't do work since I am texting them back and forth.

I probably should restart therapy.

I don't know why you're so shocked about this, it's a house party some of the girls in my friend group are organising. They're dressing up but not everyone has to and I really haven't given it much thought. Lot's of people in our age group do this. The girl I'm bringing lives next to an editor from GQ who is in his mid to late 30s and believe it or not, he is also going to one.

I think to most people a 'straight-up loser' sounds more like someone who pretended to go to Oxford and continues to argue with every member on the site about every minute detail of what they do, including among other things... the proper term for a podium on a gaming forum
