i'm seeing a lot more EVs lately. is it weird that they sound more badass than a gaudy muscle car? like a starfighter pulling into the stall next to me. how quiet would roads be, i wonder, if all motorists had these?

When I quit smoking I used to be able to smell cigarette smoke from a car across the intersection.
I don't really mind if people smoke, but I always go crazy when I see someone smoking in their cars with the windows up. Disgusting on every level.

@fin if it's hot and you need to crank the window down, put your cigarette out instead of hanging it outside. not everyone in traffic wants to smell it. also, i knew people who hang out their house/apartment windows to smoke so "their kids don't get it." they do the same in the car. i've got some bad news …
