apparently not if it's about israel. two flags in a row for looking up a fact check and source on a us politician's quote about us-israel relations (paraphrase or direct). feeeels a little overtuned if you ask me. i don't think it would have triggered if i asked about a quote on us-brazil relations. chatgpt: "it's not me, it's my independent moderation system!" ok bud.
old news, anyway. widely available anecdotes on its reluctance to engage in hot-button issues.

e: it's been posted before about how tech companies want all the money and power and influence but none of the civil responsibility.
it's interesting how your location can change the tone and content of responses. this has been reported on. is the ai being a social chameleon, or is it an act of manipulation? should play around with this and a vpn!
