I already searched so please don't flame me... I know there are other topics but I don't really have time to search through 10 other threads.. so I'm just going to ask.

My BF2 is on 1.3.  I want to install and run the SF expansion.  Is it possible for me to just install patch 1.12, and then reinstall 1.3?  Or do I have to completely reinstall?

Last time something like this happened to me, I had to compleatly reinstall, but I have the incremental patches. You could try you're plan, but I don't know if that will work. Best of luck to ya.

All you have to do is install SF (It will patch to 1.2 I think) and then install the full 1.3 patch. No need to completely reinstall.

Yeah, if you just tried to use the regular patches to patch backwards, they won't patch, just say something like "you are running a newer version". I tried it once.
