Im liking the civil war/revolutionary war idea. Id love to kill some red coats. Only problem for the revolutonary war would be using muskets. It took about 30 seconds for a good and experenced rifleman to reload and shoot again. I could just see it now. Everyone bunny hopping and constently reloading, every 12 seconds or so someone gets off a shot, but it never comes close. Plus to be able to accuratly have all the smoke 64 muskets would create would really bog down common systems.

Even civil war would have a similar problem. Reloading would be faster due to paper cartreges, but still slow as hell and only single and very un accurate shots.

Now BF Wild West would be amazing. US Cavelery vs. Native Americans, fighiting to take the wig wam. Or Sherif vs Outlaws. Omg I would love to be an outlaw with a winchester just killing some depuity. Thats my origional Idea.

you could just have a not so distant future war in the most famouse citys ect: New York, London........ with a great amount of accesible buildings, and surounding thearter damage, also i know the poly count would be high but we are talking about the future games comming out these days and systems its very possible and would make it very complex maps to play and fun, LETS see who can find a sniper lmao

What about a story along the lines of something like Red Dawn. Where we're attacked by outside forces through Mexico and Canada (who have both allied with the striking forces) and we have to defend our country. We could have battles in like L.A. and NYC and crap like that. "Battle for Niagra Falls"... might work.
