Since the patch and a couple of recent threads that mention lag and ping issues I was wondering what other people find playable.
Obviously low ping is everyone's ideal but ping alone isn't the only thing that governs how laggy the game feels*. My connection seems to have sucked more than normal lately so I've been paying attention to other people's pings in the scoreboard during the game a bit more the last few weeks and every now and then you see someone doing well (even best) who doesn't have a great ping. Even have the occasional game where I'm leading for part of the game with the worst ping of the lot.
*Is there any way to keep track of packet loss in BF2 like there was in UT?
