BF2S Forums Piss off the padders.

Sounds like a good time f/ing up a padders game but the problem with that is if your caught on there you can still get wiped from what i understand.

Sounds like fun, But remember, It can not be named Knife and Pistol or High Points or Infantry Only, Or else, You may as well Participate with the Stat - Padders.

Always wonder why EA doesnt Investigate themselves, Its Easy. They could Ban about 500 People and close down probably 10 Servers a Day.

Sure, stat padding is lame. But it doesn't do much damage to the community. You take a screenshot, BF2RS clumsily sends it to EA after a few months, and then EA resets them.

People that TK for vehicles, force TK's, and hover gunners out of bounds are the real problems. They should be the ones on the 'express' line for getting reset. They're the ones that hurt the community the most. I don't care if some lame-ass padded his way to have more virtual points than I do. But I do get annoyed when some overzealous asshole hovers me out of bounds or stands infront of my plane.

I could care less what some morons who can't code tags that are the right color thing stat padding is. they don't plkay the game, you know.

If you want to fuck with people in Knife - Pistol servers create a seperate account.. i do it. ThePre|)ator(+)-EUS is my ingame name i use.

Statpadding is 2 people kidnapping someone and killing/reviving them. that's so fun.
Statpadding is driving a jeep into water and repairing it.
Statpadding is shooting someone and healing them up.

Statpadding is NOT playing on a k/p server, since you still have to kill someone who is trying.

And that, sir, is where you are wrong. Technically knife and pistol servers aren't doing anything wrong, as long as everyone on there is using only knife and pistol of their own free will. However, assuming it's a ranked server, the admin cannot ban/kick someone for using normal weapons or vehicles, i.e. getting in a tank and raping all the knifers. Everyone on that server can use whatever they want, so if teh admin kicks/bans someone for using normal vehicles or weapons then they are violating EA's ROE and can have their server taken away and their stats wiped. BTW, it is stat padding, because you don't have to deal with people in tanks/arty/anything but the person in front of you with a pistol, not to mention anyone that gets killed is usually revived, so the games last much much much longer than they are supposed to.

EDIT: ahh I see someone beat me to it and quoted the ROE, sorry for not reading the rest of the thread, but this post got me really worked up.

kicking people for spawn raping should be against the roe, but they allow it. thats like saying "k you cant use this part of the map." hows that diff than saying "k you cant use this part of the game?"

unadmined k/p servers are statpadding because some retard takes a tank to make himself feel better after being assraped in a tank battle. admined k/p servers arent statpadding, even if theyre in violation of a roe which is GAY for kicking tankers.

You Statpad in Unranked? Thats Okay. Statpadding in Ranked, Not Okay.
