crew service ribbon tips?

ever since i started playing the game i've wanted the crew service ribbon. i don't quite know why i want it but its really annoying. try as i will, i can never get it. the closest i've ever got is 7 kills with 8 kill assists in a seahawk with another gunner. just the other day i saw a PFC who had this and about 3 badges. what a downer.
does anyone have any tips (maps, vehicles etc) to get it? any help would be much appreciated. thanks

I got mine on the Sharqi - 64, on a 32 player server with 20 or so people. One helo on each side makes it difficult though. Blackhawk on Mashtuur could probably be easy too at 64 size and 32 people server.

yeh i though tthats one ribbon id never get, but then the other night on sharqi was flying the chopper and had a good gunner so i got it no prob, the ironic thing is my mate was the gunner and he hates flying in choppers and ended up getting the chopper ribbon with about 50kills that round and thats one ribbon he thought he would never get.

I got mine doing this drive a car to gain driver point, wait for a good apc driver and go with him as crew, kill 5 or more IAR and if the guy is good hell kill 13 guys so u get 13 assists IAR.
