Whatever your parents are doing right now too take your disc away is to help you with some other aspect of life that you need to concentrate on to learn a lesson, you should thank god that your parents care enough to take the disk away.
Besides if they catch you playing it after they took away the disk will be really bad news, I'd take the punishment like a man & show them that your responsible atleast infront of them.
Later on in life you will realize what they did for you & you'll thank & love them for it, bf2 is entertainment , not life.

They took mine away once. Hid it really easily. FOund it and left the case there, but put the disk in another game cover. Very Very sly..............
when you get your disc back make a image with alcohol 120% (free on trial) and then mount the image in a virtual drive with daemon tools (free) and use anti-blaxx to spoof the copy protection, this is what i do with all my games to stop them from being scratched/damaged.
I say take the punisment like a man, if they see your not bothered from them taking your game, it will quickly be returned, that is along as you behave a bit. Its the same with a Cat you hang a bit of string in front of it and wave it about and the cat goes nuts trying to catch it, leave the string on the floor right in front of it and it wont do anything and go somewhere else. Chill a bit, Take your parents head on by doing the punishment, but dont show that you got a problem with it as thats just throwing more gas on the fire.
