I don't get what killing some good sniper has to do with being 'the best'. Just cause I shoot down ronin|Patton or Planewhore once or twice doesn't automatically make me the best jet pilot.

OMG, I wasn't even goin to be wasting my time reading this thread...I saw Books had posted, I then commenced to read every single page trying to figure out why on earth Books would even bother....5 minutes later I get to the last page and see the well mannered, even tempered, incredibly polite and lastly NEVER insulting. If a team has wasted an entire arty strike to take you out, then maybe youre good.

I think you're a waste of a class who sits hidden for the whole round and misses 50% of your shots and doesnt help their team like a medic, a support guy, an engineer, a spec ops, or an AT guy. you cant kill more than 1 person at a time, unless you're a gaymore whore. you cant give your team anything and you cant do shit to armor. your targets are always some n00b too, because a decent player will see you and bunnyhop/prone spam away, or do that after theyre hit in the chest.

i cant speak for all snipers but i can speak for MOST skilled snipers (skilled imo is helping the team, with over 70%accy for that round,including pistol with this...)
i take out spawncampers with my sniper, shoot people in cars, any seat if i can see them (unless i dont got the m95). i take out snipers that are preventing my team to cross. i cover a flag for a round, and that flag will not be capped by the enemy or the rest of my team sucks real hard. there is NO kit that can take out over 10 people that have the same, better, or even less skill then you, if 2 are using cars....
i take out attack helis if i feel like it, you know what damage they do to your team? ill shoot at least 7 bullets at it, it will go back for repairs buying my team time. i cap flags and play like an asaul class, i mean, if i hit them, they will be dead, or have 2 bars left. how is that not helping the team?
if i shoot evry person that gets in a j-10 out, letting my team steal it. if you dont call it teamwork, then go play counterstrike for a month, come back, and see how helpfull we actualy are.
