hello
I have a problem, I got new LCD screen and I cant run the game anymore. The game turns black after starting it and then it drops to windows. Any help?

well i don't know if this will help but

when i got my sager laptop the LCD screen's refresh rate runs at 61hertz (a strange number for a refresh rate)
but BF2 doesn't support 61 hertz in its default settings. 

what you need to do is find out the refresh rate of your LCD then hookup the old monitor go in to bf2 and in the video settings change the refresh rate to whatever it needs to be for the LCD.

if you can't change the refresh rate at that then post a message back and i will tell you how to change it manualy through the game files. (this involves removing your profile from that computer thus loosing all the changes you have made to your controls and any other ingame settings).

If it's wide screen BF2 does not support it. That would be your main problem.
