If you're referring to the radar dome on the tope of the main rotor, that's only on the Longbow sub-model of the Apache.  I'm just going by the original poster, but there is no Longbow designation in his info.  Thats why there is no 'cheeswheel'

Yea the cheese wheel is a radar and it is only on the AH-64D Apache Longbow.
