You prolly got frame synch checked no synch and 30 fps if it isnt cuz your vid card / computer cant handle capturing while playing.
Also i did see you drop a uav but you should allways drop uavs over wherever the majority of your teamates are. I wasnt there so i dont know what you were doing but dude was bitching that you werent uaving and thats a big nono for commanders imo. Whether you were or not *even in the vid you werent commanding just typing to dude* all commanders should just scan see where the majority of his teamates are see where the red dots are in relation to your team and drop the uav in the best place to help your team. Allways drop it around your team and never wait for someone on your team to request it.. thats a pet peeve of mine. If you ever got a uav in cue and arent using it you're not doin your job and being on the winning team doesnt validate your job.
I know all this stuff is common sense but i've seen enough retard commanders out there to know some people dont do this.

but i have bitched to shitty commanders that dont do thier job. i did state that i wasnt there and dont know whether or not he does a shitty job as comander but the entire video i did see him not comanding except for one flash forward where i saw him uav.. personally i think he should have commanded instead of typing to someone. i also doubt no matter what kinda dumbass the dude was he would bitch that the commander wasnt uav'ing / scanning + spotting / artying / wtf ever and was actually ...but stranger things have happened.
also i command on a regulaar occasion and know for a fact it only takes a second to uav / arty + etc so the fact that he sat there and did nothing but type is a clue that dude was an inactive comander
