Has anyone confirmed whether or not the ribbon is based on your Commander W/L ratio and not your global W/L ratio? (and yes, I have searched the forums for this...perhaps not hard enough)

I don't think there is a W/L ratio for commander.
I think it's overall W/L but am not sure. I am sure, however, that the requirement is freaking rediculous!

It probably should be your W/L as commander, but unless they're doing a superb job of hiding the fact I think it's just your overall W/L ratio.
